Meet Rafael Fabian

Attorney Rafael Fabian established the firm in 1997 with the goal of creating a client-focused legal practice that combined technical skill with accessible service. With over 25 years of experience, he has become a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, and professionals across Florida.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Fabian graduated from Monsignor Edward Pace High School before earning his undergraduate degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He majored in Economics and minored in Business, developing an early interest in commercial transactions and business law. He returned to South Florida to attend St. Thomas University School of Law, where he focused his legal studies on transactional matters. He graduated St Thomas University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995.

Early in his career, Mr. Fabian joined the Coral Gables law firm of Garcia, Perez-Siam & Grueninger. There, he quickly earned a reputation for handling high-pressure transactional matters with professionalism and precision. Just two years later, he launched his own Rafael Fabian, P.A with the vision of offering personalized, efficient legal services backed by thorough analysis and long-term relationship-building.

Over the years, Mr. Fabian has consulted with thousands of clients on real estate, title, business formation, and corporate structuring. He has built a respected reputation for his legal knowledge, strategic thinking, and commitment to delivering results.
